NPC's

	King Barad Ruler of Castle Barad Mala. He appears to be in his early 40's, and is fit as a fiddle. He won his kingdom after defeating a vile wraith lord and sealing it away, rescuing his late wife from the fiend. They founded the town of Rendezvous. His wife died shortly after giving birth to Chrom, so he had his children raised in secret far from the castle until they reached the age of adulthood.
	Mazir Not much is known about the king's holy man. He is regarded as a powerful wizard who has traveled a great deal of the world and knows much about its magic and people. He arrived to serve as the king's advisor two years ago and founded the three branches of the Holy Order to combat the blight.
	Merle Merle is the mayor of Rendezvous, and has watched over it for the past five years. He's an excellent geomancer who knows a great deal about farming. Merle helps travelers find their way around town and lends a hand to settlers to get them situated. He's ridiculously tall and seems to have a strange phobia of pianos.
